Its a new hotel.DeLuxe rooms are very nice with balcony. On upper floors nice view overlooking the city.Rooms very clean.Buffet breakfast small, but OK.Staff in restaurant very friendly, also staff at front desk.Location perfect, in city centre, not far from most attractions. Near Street No.51 With many bars and restaurants. In front of the hotel many TukTuk driver waiting for customer.
Its a tour group hotel; every morning the groups, especially from France, leaving the hotel very early, its really very loud, quiet rooms are on the upper floors.Standard rooms are very dark with small windows. No chairs and table on the balconies.

This hotel was amazing, the hotel is in a great location in the centre of town, very very clean, the room was a fantastic size and spotless. The Breakfast was a fantastic selection! And the food in the restruant was out of this world, so much so we ate in the hotel every night, x3 beers, x2 meals and x2 cocktails = $20.00ish (amzing value) and cheaper than a lot of the other restuarants. (Their chickin curry was to die for) - I will stay at this hotel again when I return!

Our family had an amazing time exploring the nearby attractions using the convenient area shuttles. We took a ride to the lively Central Market, strolled along the vibrant Art Street, and even visited the majestic Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. The hotel's excellent location made it easy for us to explore Phnom Penh with our children. The breakfast was delightful, especially the delicious noodle soup from the omelet station. We also appreciated the beautiful city view from our room, which added to the overall experience.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could have offered more family-friendly activities or amenities for our kids.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely fabulous, making it so easy for me to explore all the major attractions in the city. The Central Market, Art Street, Riverfront, National Museum, Royal Palace, and Silver Pagoda were all within a short 5-15 minute distance. The hotel staff were efficient and friendly, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast spread. The omelet station served the most incredible noodle soup that I highly recommend trying. And the best part? The breakfast buffet was included in the room rate! I was also amazed by the rooms here. The city view rooms were stunning, offering breathtaking views from the comfort of my own bed. The amenities provided, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. I felt truly pampered and had everything I needed at my fingertips. this place exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to visit again!
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is in a central location that is close to many bars, clubs, and restaurants. Breakfast is decent with options like eggs, toast, and fruits. Most staff members are friendly, and some guests have received upgrades to better rooms.
The noise level is high due to the noise from construction, traffic, and nearby pets.
